When I go to a forum there isnt' an option to start a new thread. To post a new thread I have to go into an existing thread and then the option to create a new thread is there.
 
No there is not a problem. Working fine.

New topic is on the far left of the menu on the thread list page. In fact you just created a thread so wouldn't that mean its working ;p
 
Nope, i had to go into another thread to get a "new topic" button. But now i've deleted all temporary internet files and it works now.
