Is there a place in Windows XP where I can see how fast data is being transferred over my network?

I am having some problems with my network. Programs that access the server seem to stop responding quite a bit. I close the program and reopen and then everything is fine for awhile but then it happens again. I would like to monitor the speed of a data transfer between a workstation and the server by transferring a 200MB file between the two systems. While the data is being transferred, is there a way to see how fast it is being transferred? Kind of like when you do a download from the internet and it shows you the speed in kbps that the data is being downloaded...
