Is there a phone transfer utility that will allow me to type of my contacts on my comp and then transfer?

I got a Razr, and instead of typing all my phone book info into my phone, is there a way to type them up on my computer instead of doing it all on the phone?

Mobile phone tools doesn't seem to allow this..

Mobile phone tools lets you do this, it even lets you synchronize your outlook contacts/calendar with ur phone.
On the sidebar thingy click on Phonebook, on the mobile side click New and just fill in the values
