Is there a pci usb card with outputs for front case ports?

I have a mb with no usb headers, just the two usb's on the backplate and a case with a double usb front mount port, a cable but no place to plug it in.
 
I have a usb 2.0 card made by orange micro that has a connector on the back, towards the front of the case
