i have the ASUS P4P800E-DELUXE version 1002.002

is there a newer bios for it?

The latest Bios for that motherboard is 1016.

The best bios for overclocking varies from what I read, but it seems 1011 and 1014 are the best for overclocking.

Not sure what the differences are as I couldn't find anything on the Asustek site(s). You should be able to use the P4P800 or P4P800 Deluxe bios, but I'd do some research on other P4P800-E owners to confirm this first. Bios flashes if done incorrectly can kill a motherboard.
