Is there a new 60hz bug with 71.x series drivers???

It seems everytim I go into the drivers my monitor is back to 60hz when I set it to 85hz which is supprted and where i have always ran this monitor. Was supported by my Radeon 8500, and 5800U!!!!

Whats up...any fixes???

I should mention I have only seen it after I reboot and then stumble into the drivers doing some tweaking later on....Is it rivatuner or something ???
 
Enable the Refresh Rate Override and set it in there. That should hold it there. Other than that i haven't heard of this bug before.
