Sounds good to me... I'll probably vote for him, again. He's better than anyone the Democrats are likely to field.
 
the war will be over long before then. Chances are the money being spent to keep occupying troops there will be a negative for Bush by election time.

The rebuilding if Iraq and any continuing problems with N Korea will be the major foreign policy issues (IMO) for the 2004 election. Assuming there is no large unexpected event between now and then like terrorist attacks inside the U.S.
