Is there a MiniPCI card with BOTH 802.11x and 10/100?

A mini-pci card goes internally, how would you hook a ethernet cable into it?
 
I believe some older laptops used the mini pci slot to house the 10/100/modem chip, even though the laptop had built in ethernet ports. The motherboard wouldn't have built in 10/100 support, hence the need for the 10/100 minipci chip.

I dont think anyone makes a wirless/10/100 combo mini pci chip though.
