Is there a MB which will take DDR and AGP

I wanted to use my existing memory and Video Card.
So I was wondering does any body makes a MB where I can
use my old memory and Video with New Intel Core 2

Not according to NewEgg nor some of the reviews from the other boards. They all list Core2Duo as compatible CPUs with the exception of the one Asus. I will admit that sometimes NewEgg has issues with their searches.

PCCHIPS P23G (V3.0)

Among them ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA also supports quad-core processors, DDR2 SDRAM and PCI Express x16 (at x4), so perhaps the best.

Except Asus Other MB are they any good ?

go with the ASRock one if you want to use DDR and AGP. They ASrock offers a good upgrade path allowing 2 sticks of DDR1 or DDR2 (not both at once). Plus it has AGP and a 16x PCIe slot wired to 4x (Note this isnt a big deal, as most things but a 7900/8800 will not use the fill 8x anyways, and if your considering this board you dont have an 8800gtx)
