Is there a mATX motherboard that has the O'Cing options necessary to take a 1.6ghz or 1.8ghz northwood to 2.4???

I'm building a media pc for the living room, but it needs to be as fast as possible for gaming output, and the 1.6a looks like the price sweet-spot... so are there any mATX mobos that will accomodate? (forgive me, i only know about AMD stuff, but the heat/noise issues of a high perf athlon scare me, and so the northwood suddenely intrigues me)...
thanks,
david

I'm interested in this too. I don't require an mATX, but i think currently a good choice might be the msi-6526 - it's an 845GL matx, but I have not found out if it has any overclocking options at all.

The other thing i'm *hoping* for is an onboard sound chip that can do (does) SPDIF/DD output, like the CMedia 8738 or ALS 650 w/ a little daughtercard or something. If only Intel let nVidia make P4 nForce boards... sigh.

I'll check out the MSI offering. The other board that I'm looking into is the Asus P4B533-VM, but some people seem to have overclocking problems on it because the BIOS doesn't support voltage bumping...

edit: does anyone know anything about he Gigabyte 8IGMK? It seems to fit the bill with audio and o'cing fatures, *if* it has a digital output... which I can't tell if it does... sigh

right now it looks like the frontrunner. but the questions still linger in my head...
1. does the P4B533-VM come with a optical/SPDIF-out?
2. is there any way to mod the bios to allow voltage upping in the BIOS?

Anyone who can clear this up, I would be much obliged...

I have heard of some who could overclock the asus VM to 133fsb instead of 100. I do know the VM doesnt have many overclocking options though just vcore and fsb I think.
