I'm seeing some strange things today.

People are reporting that some web sites are slow and inaccessible. Others say their VPN connections don't work or experience extreme packet loss.

I haven't learned of a particular hostname or IP address yet, so I don't know anything else.
 
If you don't know of any particular host or IP address, why do you think it is a problem between California and Georgia specifically?
