Just wrote a reply to some thread and got the "banned word" error. I went to read what I had just typed, but low and behold everything I typed was gone and I couldn't think of a single word that I had used that could be banned. Not saying I didn't(probably did 😉 ), but it was rather difficult to pin it down from memory.

I suppose a suggestion I could offer is that the error message should state what word was used that is banned, giving the Poster an idea where they went astray. Another would be to maintain the post in the edit box so the Poster doesn't need to type out the whole post again.

Don't feel alone. That RED printing that says "Please search before posting, this category is not actively monitored. Not all topics are responded to" trips up a lot of lifers, uh, platinum, uh, golden, uh, senior, uh, member noobs. 🙂
 
Remember guys, Fusetalk is not that advanced, nor will it ever be. There are many useful and convenient things that it will never have, including user friendly error messages.

I hope you're being sarcastic... The list of banned words includes stuff that is entirely unintuitive. :roll:
