My friend recently had his motorcycle stolen. His IMs:

my friend had my motorcycle with him in his garage cuz he was helping me fix it
now this garage is shared by a few tenants
and in the night someone stole my bike,,,
can i sue the super?
if he has no signs or anything stating he isnt liable for the garage?

He hasnt even finished paying the bike off....can anyone give any advice?
 
If the bike was still financed. Just report it stolen and file a claim with the insurance company. It was insured right
