I know that auto-reloading extension exist, so just do a few quick searches on the extension site.

Dude, turn off the computer and go outside or something.
Get ReloadAll! Add-On for firefox (Tools -> Add-Ons -> Seach 'Reload All' or 'ReloadAll')
You can get another program to like Makro Maker and set it up to press ctrl+shift+q (the required combination of keys to reload all tabs) by pressing a single key like F6 or F9 or whatever.![]()
