Is there a HD cloning program that will let me sched future dated backups?

I have an extra HD, I'd like to clone my boot SSD over to this extra HD once a week.

When I say clone, I mean I want the spare HD to be completly bootable with all files as the SSD...just like it would be if I Raided 1. But I can't raid 1 because the HD's are so different.

What program would I use for this?

Clonezilla does not do clones, only a ISO or ZIP, and it does not let you sched backups/clones
