hello i was wondering if a guide is available that describes how to take apart your laptop.

i have a presario 2100 and i do know that different manufacturers use different cases but a general gudie would be helpful

any thoughts
 
Drunken experimentation is the preferred method.

FYI, if you do this, takes lots of pics so you can put it back together when you sober up.

Isnt most of it self explanatory? Just take out screws until it comes apart.
 
Don't force it apart, cause a screw is always hidden under something. 😉

Have you check out compaq's website, I have an older compaq laptop and disassembled/reassembled it after looking at instruction on their website.
