is there a GPU temp. sensor on a Radeon Pro 9800?

The title says it all. I'm sure that someone here can help me determine the temperature of the 9800's core.

There is not a temperature sensor on my Radeon 9800 Pro, and it was made by ATI, not a third party. I think the Radeon 9800 XT is the first GPU that comes standard with one.

The Tyan 9800 is the only one that I know of with a temp sensor onboard.
