Is there a good video editing/capture card combo?

To capture and edit vide for burning to a DVD I will need a firewire capture card (PCI), firewire, editing software and a DVD burner. Is there a combo package that has all these components or a couple combo's that you would recommend? I am not planning on sophisticated editing but hope to cut costs in getting the editing software to come bundled wth either the PCI card or the burner. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tom
