Is there a good range outdoor access point that I can limit the bandwidth as I want?

I need to get one of these and an outdoor to USB adapter but want one that I can enter the setup and set the BW to what I see fit at the time: if 50Kbps is bogging us down then change it to 25. And a way to block sites would also be a plus. And one that logs what sites were visited is a must.
Thanks

A better/proper way to do this is with a semi-managed/managed switch. Most allow port limiting bandwidth. Then just limit the performance of the switch port that the access point is connected to.

Then you are done.

Same thing with limiting websites, except this time the limitations should be managed from the network's router (I've never seen an AP where you could implement IP controls).
