Is there a good photo editing gallery?

I know I can ask questions here but I want to know if there's a forum catered specifically to photo editing with photoshop, paint shop pro, etc.?

Does anyone know how to take three pictures and "blend" them together into one? Here's an example of what I am talking about.

That's called a 'montage' or 'collage' and there are several different ways you can go about achieving that effect. Here's a pretty easy tutorial at photoshhop cafe. Have fun!
