Is there a good free program to make backups like this?

It is a small collection of files that changes size daily but tends to stay around 12GB. I'd like a program that backs it up every couple (12?) hours, then once a day deletes all but the latest backup and stores it as that days backup. Then it would backup for a week and once the week was over it would delete all but the newest one and store it as that weeks. Same with month and maybe even year if need be.
If you looked at the backup you would see

2013's
January's
Febuary's
March's
April's
May's
June's
Sunday's
Monday's
12 Noon

Something like that.

I think Acronis can handle that... you can limit the number of rotating backups, so that should accommodate your backup file rotation plan. If you have a WD drive in the box it's free, Seagate has a free version as well but they call it something else.
