Is there a goldfinger device for the socket A processors.

When the Socket A thunderbirds first came out I saw some pictures of an overclockling device for the socket A chips. It looked like a socket with dipswitches on it and it plugged into the processor socket then the CPU was plugged into it. At the time it was not available in the US. Any one heard more about it?
 
I think its called a Golden Socket, and I think they sell'em for *GASP* 49.95 at Plycon!

For $49.95 you should think about getting a new mobo w/ overclocking options and just pencil your chip's L1 bridges.

I'm wanting one for an XP processor. Pencil wont work.
