Is there a function in Excel to calculate the range?

Just curious because I have about 200 entries to sort through with 5 rows each... :p

Set a cell to =Min() and a cell =Max(). Then do the difference of those two cells.

That's close, but I don't think that's going to be easy enough...I'd have to set that range and then figure out which one was which.... It'd take me just as long as going down the list. I may just try to write a macro. :D

what do you mean its not simple enough? (curiousity, not attitude)

if you just set the last cell in each list to be something like =MAX(A1:A25)-MIN(A1:A25), you have the range for each column, right? and then all you have to do is drag that square to the other rows/columns whatever
