Some college alumni friends and I have been emailing back and forth a lot lately. Someone suggested some type of on-line group. I think Yahoo still does groups and such. This would be private, invite only.

Also, text and audio/video content must not become intellectual/copyright property of the site or its designates.

Any good places like this?

Yeah, a friend of mine made one and invited me, I still haven't bothered with it though. I prefer larger forums to be honest.
