Is there a free app I can use to test for packet loss

I have a remote office that might be having a packet loss issue but everything from their DSL connection to the outside test out fine.

I've had the ISP run test on their end and I've done line quality test from DSLR and all pass with out any issues.

The issue might be from the remote office, through their VPN and back to here but I'm not having any luck finding an app thats free at least that can allow for me to test this.

Any suggestions?

have you already tried a ping -t?

havent had any experience with the traceroute.org site tho.

Also, describe your symptoms. With VPN involved you could be having fragmentation problems. try pinging with a range of sizes, ping x.x.x.x -l 1500.
