There are always flu's / stomach bugs / colds / std's roaming around. Just be careful, ebola has the same starting symptoms as the flu, mwahaha!

Stomach flu is not really the flu, and not contagious. If you're getting this frequently, you could be eating some bad or contaminated food.

Yeah, two people where I work have strep throat. Hasn't stopped me from swapping bodily fluids with my wife though.

influenza AKA "the flu" is not a stomach virus, and rarely does it cause vomiting or naseua. It is a disease of the lower respiratory system.
