Is there a file synchronization program that works over FTP?

"Make Available Offline" in Win2K/XP is screwy and I can't use it when I'm not in my room anyhow. What I'd like is a program that monitors a directory for any changes and then synchronizes those changes between my desktop and laptop.

rsync is really efficient although it uses it's own protocol. It basically checksums chunks of the files on both sides and only transfers the chunks that don't match, so if a file is updated you download the parts that changed, not the whole file.

Hmmm...evaluation version of rsync only works with first 15 files it finds.

The open source version isn't for windows though. I found a windows version on download.com, but that you had to pay for.

C'mon, there's gotta be other file synchronization utilities for windows out there?
