there is a find and replace function that might help.

If there is, it's got to be a fairly new feature. I once needed to do that same thing, and I couldn't find a function to do it.... so I wrote a program to do it in Pascal... but that was many moons ago!

If you need to convert one digit numbers into text then record a macro. If you need to convert two or more digit numbers into text you'll have to do some programming.

Use the spell check in some way to change it.
The auto-insert or whatever...
But then doin actually #'s, like prices or anything like that would fvck it up
