Is there a DVDShrink type utility for blu-ray?

A big reason I like DVDShrink is its ability to pick your preferred subtitle stream, leaving out the others. Unless I'm mistaken (please tell me if I am!), you have to step through all N subtitle streams to turn off subtitles when watching a DVD, Blu-ray, or UHD disc. A disc ripped with DVDShrink, if you so configure the rip, won't have this problem.

I have a Blu-ray burner, but have never ripped any Blu-ray movies. Don't have any blanks.

Any suggestions? For software, blanks, etc. Thanks!

Why bother? Torrent
I used to torrent once in a while, haven't for probably 5 years or more. My experience was generally that it was hit and miss, slow, and that there were security issues... was hard to be sure what I was torrenting didn't include malware of some kind. If it's a burnable ISO, that would be safe, I assume... your Blu-ray player isn't going to catch a virus, I imagine, although the idea that its firmware could be compromised isn't completely impossible, it would probably be unlikely.

Can you recommend a torrent client for these days? Um, and sites to connect with movie torrents?

Unfortunately we cannot have discussions about torrenting movies because that would be condoning piracy.
I believe the best thing would be to lock this thread so no one gets into any trouble.
