Is there a DSL modem/router that will allow me to control how much bandwidth the wireless connection uses?

I'm using verizon's Westell wireless DSL modem/router that came with my DSL.

I want to set the wireless portion to 20% of the max speed, and the ethernet portion connected to my computer to the other 80%.

Is this possible? if so, what do i need to buy?

Don't know about modems, but it should be easy to do with a separate computer with 2 network cards - there is a number of programs to limit up/down speed.

basically:
----phone line----router---limiting computer----wireless thingy
