Is there a Dropbox clone - syncs files over FTP? Maybe RSYNC?

I'd like to basically create my own Dropbox between different computers. There's probably a way to do this using RSYNC, but I've been fiddling with it for over an hour now and it just doesn't seem to work right.

Any suggestions? A graphical Windows program would be best....
