Is there a difference in sound for the thermally controlled fans in the Turbolink 420w PSU?

Is there a difference in sound for the thermally controlled fans in the Turbolink 420w PSU? Between my idle case temp, 32C, and my load case temp, 38C, I can't tell a difference in noise, especially since the amount of ambient noise seems to vary. I was wondering if it would be worth changing them to Panaflos.

Oh course they will be quieter if it spins slower. But maybe panaflos will be quieter, try it.
