is there a diff between ata133 and 100 cables?

ATA66 cable = ATA100 cable = ATA133 cable.

No difference: they are all 40 pin 80 conductor cables. Anyone who is trying to sell you an ATA133 cable that costs more than an ATA66 or ATA100 cable is ripping you off.
