As the title suggests. Is there such a tool, which will allow me to remove all the unnecessary apps from Windows 10? I don't use or find a single app useful, you know the likes of News, Twitter, Skype blah blah blah...so would really like to remove them, but not if it causes any system instability.

IOBit Uninstaller:

Note: Cortana can also be deleted, but only while booted from another drive.
Find the Cortana executable folder: Ctl + Shift + Escape to open Task Manager.
Right-click the running Cortana software, and "Open File Location".
Then write down the location of Cortana. Reboot from a secondary hard drive or USB thumb drive, and then delete the folder holding the Cortana executable file.
After re-booting back into Windows 10, run the CCleaner Registry Cleaner function, to clean out the errors related to the (now missing) Cortana executable file.

On top of removing the unneeded/wanted apps, have you considered running with a compressed windows image?. It saves a lot of space, and is quite easy to do. There is a small performance penalty of course.
