Is there a cure for snoring?

I'm pretty young and I noticed that lately, I've been snoring ONLY when I'm in the car sleeping (sitting up). Is there a cure, since it's at an early stage? I'm starting to get paranoid because I wake up the moment I snore and I can hear myself snoring.

Yes there is a surgury where they cut the labia of your nose. My rooommate snores like a pig and he is gonna die soon!!

I'm not overweight. The strange thing is, it only occurs in the car. It may be the position that I'm in when I'm sleeping because I sleep like a baby when I'm in my bed. Thanks for the tips, I'll try and stop this before it gets any worse.

there's definitely a cure for this: Death. unfortunately this method is very limiting since it can only be used once.

Somnoplasty (being the least painful surgery) will cure snoring. However, you will most likely need to be evaluated by a sleep disorders specialist before any doctor worth a crap will proceed with any type of surgery as snoring is a major sign of sleep apnea.
