Is there a converter for SD flash memory to Compactflash?

My camera takes compactflash Type I, but an mp3 player i'm looking at only takes SD add-on memory cards.

if i buy a new 256 mb SD card, is there anyway to convert it to compactflash so my camera will recognize it too?

btw, you're looking for an "adapter" not converter. google should yield more results. check on ebay too.
