is there a coflict between asus p3v4x and asus v6600 deluxe???

everytime i tried to install asus v6600 driver for w2k my computer freezes is there a conflict that i am not aware of??? if so.. how can i fix it??? thanx

well did you get rid of all your old drivers first
what was you last card nvidia type of somesort ? there is hope i finally got my 6800 pure to work on my p3v4x some work tho
