Is there a cheat-sheet for GPU nomenclature?

If I didn't know what Pascal or Polaris or Tahiti or Cape Virgin Islands meant... or needed a way to convert

Tahiti = GTX 650
Polaris = Unannounced AMD GPU
Cape Virigin Islands = Intel mobile GPU

...
beyond googling each and then forgetting what they are... is there a cheat-sheet webpage that draws simple little boxes with lines pointing to what they mean ?

In general terms:

Vega 10/11 = 490/X + New Fury series??? - no real confirmed info on these yet
Polaris 10 (XT?) and Polaris 10 = AMD Radeon RX 480 and RX 470 <-- new midrange cards
Polaris 11 = AMD Radeon RX 460 <-- new mainstream card

Pascal GP102 = new nVidia Titan and probably GTX 1080 Ti
Pascal GP104 = nVidia GTX 1080 and GTX 1070
Pascal GP106 = nVidia GTX 1060/Ti (?)

Midrange cards for both IHVs are launching first. High end cards are expected in 6-9 months.

Tahiti is HD 7950, I think. Tahiti Pro (or is it XT?) is 7970, I think.
