Is there a cheap way to rig an under-counter LCD TV?

I would love to have something like this in the kitchen as I cook a lot. Any way to buy an LCD and rig it up for cheap? Even if it just duped whatever was on the other TV at the time that would be great.

Get a small computer with a TV Tuner card, adn then run it off that. That way you could watch movies, internet, TV, radio, etc....
