Is there a chart for Best CPU for a Particular GPU?

Just wondering if there is a chart or some utility for working out which CPU & speed would work best with which Video card/GPU and ViseVersa?.
 
I usually get the best GPU possible and get a CPU which is just below the best.

When I got my new system ages ago I got a Ti4600 (B4 the Radeon 9X00 was release) with a P4 2.4 GHz, instead of the 2.53Ghz which was I think the fastest P4 at that time
