Is there a chart detailing mb, cpu, and memory info?

I have been building and working with computers a long time now but I always tend to stop and not keep up with technologies unless I am currently involved on a new system. Lately I have been very confused with all the different versions of ram (speeds), socket types, fsb, etc. I have a few questions, but first my main one

*(0) - Is there any sort of chart that details what chips AMD and Intel produces, what socket they fit into, what their code names are (Tulatin, Williamette, Thoroughbred, etc?), what FSB they run at, multiplers, default voltage, etc. Ram types, speeds, minimum speed for a particular m/b speed etc (will explain this later)

(1) - What's with all the motherboards? I have a Soyo Dragon running an XP1800+. I think it was in the 266 gen of motherboards. What does this refer to? Certainly not FSB since it is 133Mhz FSB. Is it the memory? I think I have PC2100. It's double the FSB, but what importance does this have? I noticed the new gen, 566 runs at 566 Mhz FSB. Is this right? That means a 2.53 Ghz cpu runs at a very low multiplier.

(2) What ram can you use for various systems. Mine runs PC2100. What if I stuck PC3200 in there (that exists right)? What if I stuck PC2100 into a P4 2.53?

(3) Have the changed socket types, say, between an AMD XP1600 and a XP2300? Or a P4 1.5 and a P4 2.5?

Thank you very much for your help.
