Is there a cell phone that doesn't suck to use for web browsing?

I'm looking or a cell phone that works very well for web browsing, I currently have a PPC with verizon but even that sucks big time at the formatting of web pages, ATOT is just about unusable as a result, and there are a lot of website I can't even access all together.


Anyone know of a Cell out there that excels in this area?

I'm open to any really, even if is Palm, PPC, Windows Smart Phone or anything else based.

I should note that I am currently with AT&T and would be willing to switch over to Cingular, Tmobile or Verizon, but after 8 years with Sprint PCS, I am not willing to go back to them.

I used that for a little while on the PPC, but really didn't like it to much (though was better than anything else I've tried).

Also I can't use the PPC all the time since its work issued and is not unlimited mins per month (cheap bastards!)


That why I'm looking for a cell replacement, for my own personal use, I'd just assume get an unlimited data plan if I can find a phone thats a good fit.

I was kind of looking at the Treo's but thats really over kill for what I want.

I just want a phone that is really good at web browsing.

Don't know if such a thing exist?

No real cell phone will be good for browsing. You need a treo or some type of pocket pc.

Thats what I was afraid of.

Seems like now they have all these phones that are geared towards text messages (Sidekick I & II) comes to mind, among others, I'm surprised they don't make one thats just geared towards web browsing.

Sidekicks are actually decent for web browsing, but I couldn't make myself buy one. If I was spending that much money on a cell phone I'd want more than just a web browser and IM client, so I'd go for a treo or pocket pc.
