Is there a built in "Ram Disk" Utility for Win 2000? or, What is a decent one to use?

I used to play with ramdrive.sys a while back, but being it was limited to only 32 megs, I didn't fool with it much...

Are there any decent Ram Drive prog's for 2K? Especially one's that aren't limited to say 32MB's??
