Is there a bottleneck here?

Any help would be appreciated. I just built this new rig, thinking it was gonna be great, but I'm having some issues. I think there's a bottleneck here, but I'm not sure.

I think there is... if I'm not mistaken, that logo is from an original Pentium. Regardless, your system should be doing well in 2DMark....
