is there a "better" way to apply for college? and a second question!

I'm going to be transfering out of my current school, and hoping to be accepted to one of the schools in my hometown. They have the option of filling out online applications or printing them off and mailing in. I will need to send in a $20 registration fee anyway, so I'm thinking that I will print it off and show them my uber handwriting skillz

but does it really make a difference what method I apply?

To transfer into the school that I plan on going to, their website says you need to have completed 24 semester credits, at the time I have 19 on my transcript, when I finish with this semester I will have 31 on there. If I apply now, and they see only 19 would they just say no? or are they going to realize that the semester isn't finished yet and I will have more credits in about 3 weeks.

it doesnt really matter. all of my applications were handwritten. i guess you would look less lazy if you took the time to fill it out writing, and not typing.

Thats how I did it with the current school that I'm at. I was hoping that out of all the members on anantech there would be someone that works in an admissions office at a college ... or atleast know someone that does.
