Is there a better sounding sound card than Audigy (1/2) for MP3s and games?

I think the prize for games easily goes to the audigy due to eax3 but what about CDs, MP3s, and general sound quality?

I find the quality very good compared to my via onboard audio... very good like it sounds like mp3s are cds, compared to being just mp3s.. theirs more bass there, it doesnt cut some bass out, the highs are there and clearer.

the sensaura based boards are supposed to be decent but the reviews ive read were less than flattering while audigy 1 and 2 reviews have been stellar.

opinions?

My SB Live gamer crap on me and I bought a Santa Cruz sound card made by Voyetra, I can't be happier, the sound is crispier and my 5.1 set up speakers are working much better with a better sorround sound effect.
