Is there a better case than the Mountain Mod UFO?

These are some tremendous cases. Sharp looking and awesome potential, not to mention unque looking. They are expensive, but are they worth the money? I am thinking of buying one. There are two things over the last 10 years that I believe a person should buy to use for more than 5 years, a power supply and a case.

If you are really into it, go for it. There is no way you would ever find me buying a case for that amount of money, much less one that looks like a freakin "UFO," but that is only my opinion. I really think that spending that much on a case is ridiculous, when the money could be put into a better processor, but like you said, you are planning on keeping the case. I find it ironic that you are attracted to such a tacky case and yet your name is "classy."

Buy it if you really like it, but if up to me, I would definately save my money for a crapload of candy or something...

nice case, tho a little big for my tastes.

wow, that price is before fans. if you buy from them figure at least 60 bucks for 7 120mm fans. also add in a psu, fan controller(s), fan grills. etc etc.

Agreed, just about the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

Everyone has their thing in life............. But I totally love my UFO. I say go for it if you like the case and don't let other folks talk you out of it because THEY don't like the looks. Just get what YOU like and the heck with the other folks...............There are a lot of cases out there I don't like either, but I don't put other folks down for liking them.........

The UFO has "gee whiz" points but that's about it. The new Antec 180, for one example, is better in just about every factor I consider when buying a case for myself.
. Now if I were planning a PC for a trade show display, sci-fi convention or some such and spending OPM, then the UFO might be in the running. Otherwise: nope - unh-unh - no way - never!..

It's a big stupid square, from a functional point of view it makes no sense at all. And no it's not cool.

It looks terrible but has a lot of building potential. And the cost is a little much for even me.
