Is there a better bang for buck PSU than this?

I'm looking to build a new pc in a couple of months (tax return)and am thinking about this for a psu. Is this a pretty good deal on the power supply or should I wait a couple months until I'm ready to get everything else and see if I can get a better price?

This Fortron 500w
for $89 looks pretty good, but I read somewhere that they are a little noisy. I'd like get something for around $80 or so. Thanks!

Is there any point in waiting a couple of months before I buy a psu or do psu prices usually not drop very quickly?

I actually would have bought that Fortron 500W PSU, because I like the 120mm fan idea, but that retarded blue LED fan completely turned me away from it. Shame.

nearly impossible to beat 35A 12V rail for $80

Super-Flower comes from the same OEM factory in taiwan as Enermax, its basically the same thing. I love mine, so does my friend. They are slowly gaining a following and upping the prices. Good quality PSUs with POTs inside if you want to tweak as well as a HUGE fan that you can adjust the speed of and the option of the fan staying on when you turn your PC off for 10 minutes to cool all your components off.

<3 it.
