Is there a Backup software built into Windows Server 2012?

I'm not talking about "Server Backup". I want to create an instance where B: will back up d: daily. I already have an instance where C: is backed up daily but I can't create another instance to backup my Data drive.
 
there is a backup role you have to install. ive never really used it, everywhere i have been had symantec for managing backups.

what is backing up C: that you cant use it to back up more things?
