The BestBuy here in DC also has CE preorder boxes out on display... have for at least a few weeks now.

BestBuy or GS always have pre-order for special editions. But if you really wanna get it the day it comes out, I suggest you pre-order it from GS. GS ships the exact number of copies pre-ordered to the store you ordered it from. I don't trust BB, last time warhammer came out, they didn't have CE version at the store on the release date.
